Job Description:
  1. Contract Management - Drafting/reviewing, vetting & negotiation of commercial agreements like Service agreements, NDA, insurance intermediary, software license, consultancy, SAAS etc, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and focus on closure ;
  2. Litigation Management - Drafting of plaints, written statement, Legal notices, and handling consumer related matters and liaisioning with advocates; manage litigation
  3. Handling and responding to various internal and statutory audits;
  4. Thorough knowledge of data protection and labour laws;
  5. Hands on experience with companies Act, SEBI laws, IPO requirements;
  6. Designing and implementing automation processes for the legal function;
  7. Proficient in Excel and data analysis;
  8. Providing advisory on diverse legal issues relating to various aspects of business, handling of customer complaints, employment laws;
  9. Coordinate and work closely with external counsels, wherever necessary, on legal matters of the Company;
  10. Work with and extend full support to legal function in discharge of legal and regulatory functions, be willing to assume new and challenging responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
