- Quality culture: Setting the program's quality culture
- Quality agreements: Providing guidelines to support the implementation of quality agreements
- Quality management system (QMS): Providing training and mentoring associates in the quality department, and administering policies and procedures, quality records, and external certifications
- Quality performance: Measuring and analyzing quality performance
- Supplier quality: Providing strategic direction and vision for supplier quality, and validating processes
- Production quality: Ensuring that production quality standards are met
- Process monitoring: Monitoring and auditing processes, materials, and product testing
- Quality defects: Analyzing quality defects and deviations, and identifying deficiencies or gaps
- Quality initiatives: Identifying strategic and productivity initiatives to improve quality and velocity
- Staff: Hiring and nurturing "best in industry"

We were starting business in 1998 with small plant of guar gum splits at Barmer(Raj). We are manufacturing high purity splits as like 98% & 95%. After two year my quality demands very increase. So we were establishment new unit at Sanchore(Raj) . In 2002 we were starting to manufacture Cassia Tora Splits. Our quality is very good. And demand of our splits is very good. So in 2004 we were establishment very big unit at Raipur(Chhattisgarh). Its second largest unit in India to manufacture Cassia Tora Splits.
