Role and responsibilities:
- Organizing appointments and meetings with hospital-based healthcare staff
- Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Maintaining detailed records
- Managing budgets
- Reviewing sales performance
- Provide a high level of customer support
- Implement EUFA (Engage Customers, Understand the Customers, Fulfill Customers’ needs completely, Add Value by adding on).
- Provide product knowledge to customers through the features, values and benefits.
- Actively participate in programs and procedures that drive sales
- Be aware of current promotional items and the correct pricing.
Skills Required:
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Superior communication skills.
- Should be ready to work on evenings, weekends and holidays.
