Job description:
Responsibilities:
● Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who may require financial assistance for their
education abroad.
● Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and educate them about our
education loan products.
● Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
● Stay updated on the features and benefits of our education loan products.
● Effectively communicate product details and eligibility criteria to potential clients.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of a lead from the Pre-Sales Team to
the Sales Team.
● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion.
● Ensure a positive experience for potential clients throughout the engagement process.

● Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
● Strong persuasion skills
● Comfortable working towards sales targets
● Empathetic and patient approach towards potential leads
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Office Timings - 10 AM - 7 PM (With alternate Saturdays off and Fixed Sundays Off)
