Position:        Sr. Officer/Executive - QA

Location:       Silvassa

Experience:    5 - 7 Years

Responsibilities:

• To control, distribute, retrieve and maintenance of the master documents/records, log books, Issuance of analytical worksheets to Quality Control, OOS (Out Of Specification) format and track the same, To maintain the inward/ outward records in the documentation cell.
• To ensure that copy of the SOPs are available with functions at site.
• To develop efficient filing system of all QA documents by assigning file numbering system, prepare master index, lists of documents and ensure correct filing of documents.
• To arrange for COA and documents to Logistics for clearance of each Export consignment.
• To ensure, compliance of the system/ SOP on shop floor and checking of log books.
• Review the Batch records for completeness and compliance for batch release and entries in SAP.
• To ensure calibration activity in production and in IPQA lab as per schedule.
• Performing the In process Control checks during the manufacturing and packing, Review of Batch Record during the manufacturing and packing activities.
• To ensure CQA and QA SOPs training compliance as per Training planner. etc.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharma/M.Pharma/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
