Executive -EHS

Job Description:

Location: Jejuri (Pune)

Responsibilities: Responsibilities Covers but not limited to following: 

1. To maintain EHS system, procedures and policies at Jejuri Factory.
2. To carry out safety inspections plant & communicating to concerned HOD & follow-up for compliance.
3. To ensure compliance of Safety, Environmental legislation and to maintain the records for statutory compliance.
4. To ensure effective implementation of EHS systems in plant viz. accident management system, safety work permit, safety inspection, environmental monitoring and audit.
5. To prepare training modules &to provide safety, fire & environmental awareness training to company as well as contractual employees.
6. To conduct quarterly safety committee meeting and follow-up for recommendation compliance.
7. Necessary procurement of personal protective equipment and to ensure its usage by all employees.
8. To inspect first aid box, fire extinguisher, fire hydrant system, fire alarm system etc. To ensure fire & safety equipment maintenance.
9. To monitor ETP operations, waste disposal and maintain the record.
10. To maintain EHS documentation & record.
11. To assist HOD for compliance of EHS activities.
