Job Description:
Hiring for one of our reputed real estate client for the post of Planning Lead.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience required in Real estate Sector.
- Must have experience in High rise building .
- Candidate must have accountability in preparation of work sequence,resource planning and scheduling in real estate.
- Finalization of design & development.
- Conduct monthly /weekly meetings and prepare action plan,MIS eic in Co ordination with Project Manager and Project Head.
- Assist the tendering/budgeting team in the tender event scheduling.
- Preparing the mobilization plan for resources in co-ordination with Project Manager and Project Head.
Education
- B.tech (Civil) with 13+ years Experience.
