Job Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide a team of ASM.
- Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work.
- Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
- Managing sales and marketing operations in residential/commercial real estate services and developing marketing strategies for achieving increased sales and overachieving assigned targets on quarterly basis as a team.
- Establish client base of organizations, associations, social, and corporate businesses through direct and indirect outside and inside sales effort for the
- purpose of securing business for the Company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Builders in order to produce group and/ or convention business.
- Heading Gurgaon Sales.
Candidate's Profile:
- Very Good English Communication.

- Self-Motivated.
- Good Co-ordination and convincing skill.
- Team Handling Experience Must
