Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide a team of ASM.
  • Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work. 
  • Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
  • Managing sales and marketing operations in residential/commercial real estate services and developing marketing strategies for achieving increased sales and overachieving assigned targets on quarterly basis as a team.
  • Establish client base of organizations, associations, social, and corporate businesses through direct and indirect outside and inside sales effort for the
  • purpose of securing business for the Company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Builders in order to produce group and/ or convention business.
  • Heading Gurgaon Sales.

  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good Co-ordination and convincing skill.
  • Team Handling Experience Must
