Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Planning Engineer to join our team. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, optimizing workflow, and ensuring efficient use of resources to meet project deadlines and customer requirements. This role involves working closely with production teams, suppliers, and management to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with production teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategies for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in production planning or related role (freshers are also welcome to apply).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of printing industry processes and technologies is a plus.
