Job Description:
We are looking for candidates for the roles of HR and Admin for one of our reputed clients at Kolkata location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
HR:
- Manages various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes.
- Coordinates employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Collaborates with management to strategize on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Admin:
- Handles day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manages correspondence, emails, and phone calls, often serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Organizes meetings, schedules appointments, and coordinates travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
- Maintains records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assists in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative needs.
- Supports various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- While both roles have distinct functions, they often collaborate closely to support the overall operations and well-being of the organization.
