Job Description:

 We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Asst Manager HR operations  for a reputed manufacturing Industry for their Koparkhairne Navi Mumbai location.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Talent Acquisition:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the food processing industry.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

 

  • Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Resolve employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.

 

  • HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements regarding employment practices.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements in HR policies and processes.

 

  • Employee Engagement and Retention:

Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Organize employee events, activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive work culture.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and improve retention strategies.

 

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive – Human Resources or similar role, preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency MS Office applications.
  • Hands-on Experience on any HRMS/HRIS tool or software.
