We are seeking a motivated and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of Indian accounting principles (Ind AS) and tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and prepare general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
• Prepare tax returns (direct and indirect taxes) and ensure timely tax filings.
• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports to support informed decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting and tax regulations.
• May assist with external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and tax regulations (Direct and Indirect Tax).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
