🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ HR Operations – Policy deployment, HR process standardization, payroll & personnel administration, HRMIS data quality
✅ Industrial Relations – Labour strategy, union negotiations, settlements, statutory compliance
✅ Government Liaison – Relationship with authorities & village/community bodies
✅ Recruitment – Execute hiring, vendor management & staffing optimization
✅ Compensation & Benefits – Salary review, incentive execution, survey support
✅ Performance & L&D – Drive PMS, leadership effectiveness & training plans
✅ Ethics / Compliance / EHS – Promote ethical culture & safety coordination
✅ CSR – Community engagement initiatives
✅ Facility Management – Canteen, transport, housekeeping, horticulture


🔹 Preferred Profile

✔ 10–20 years in HR & IR within manufacturing
✔ Minimum 4 years leading HR function
✔ Strong exposure to union handling & long-term settlements
✔ 100% command over labour laws & statutory compliance
✔ Experience in contract management & government liaison
✔ Comfortable in matrix reporting
✔ Immediate joiners / 30–45 days preferred
