Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a significant advisory and consultancy project focused on the restructuring of the organizational structure of the transport authority in the Western region of Saudi Arabia. The project aims to enhance operational efficiencies and promote public-private partnerships. Positioned directly on the client's site, the Senior Project Manager will be crucial in linking project goals with data collection, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the delivery of the project on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership and Execution:
• Directly manage and lead the project team, setting clear project objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate the efforts of remote consultancy teams and integrate their work with onsite activities.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to completion.
• Client Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the consultancy team and the client, facilitating effective communication and alignment of project scopes.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with all project stakeholders, including key government officials and private sector partners.
• Conduct regular update meetings and provide detailed reports to ensure transparency and address potential issues promptly.
• Data Collection and Analysis:
• Oversee the targeted collection, analysis, and utilization of data relevant to restructuring efforts.
• Ensure that insights from data analysis are effectively incorporated into strategic planning and project execution.
• Quality, Budget, and Schedule Control:
• Monitor project milestones and financial metrics against the project plan, applying corrective actions as needed to meet deliverables.
• Guarantee that all project outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

• Risk Management:
• Proactively identify risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status to both the consultancy management and the client.

Qualifications:

• Educationclieny:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in large-scale advisory or consultancy projects, ideally within the public sector or transportation industry.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational restructuring, ideally within public transportation or government sectors.
• Extensive experience managing public-private partnerships.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive project success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with modern project management software and tools.
