Job Description:

 Position:          Plant Head (Medical Device)

Location:          Daman

Experience:      15- 20 Years

Industries:       Pharma - Medical Device

Responsibilities:        

• To ensure annual production plan and dispatch plan. To prepare manufacturing plan, dispatch plan and material plan so as to meet the customer requirements and cost effectiveness.
• Co-ordinate with H.O. functions.
• Ensure complete GMP & safety in day-to-day operation.
• Ensure discipline & Hygiene environmental monitoring system to assure clean environment in plant.
• Proper selection of team member & allocate job responsibility.
• Review & provide support related to facility, process & system.
• Propose and implement new ideas for improvement of production, quality and cost.
• Process improvement, Optimization and Atomization.
• Man, Machine and Material Reconciliation.
• Identification and Management of Vendor related to Production.
• Legal Compliances.
• Training and development of related personnel’s.
• Responsible for In-house and Outside Industrial relations.

Required Skills:

• Leadership and Decision Making, Positive Communication,
• Strong Adherence to Quality Standards, Financial Management, Performance Tracking and Management, Negotiation.
• Conflict Management, SCM, PPC and all plant operations.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 35.00 LPA
