Job Description:
B.TECH in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of 2-3 years in rubber injection moulding manufacturing industry.
- Maintaining all process parameters of machine and equipment as per the instruction from time to time to control rejection rate.
- Optimum utilization of manpower to meet the targets.
- Training of injection moulding operators, SR. operators of work practices.
- Supervision of manpower and controlling of production
- Participating actively in all employee empowerment/motivation programs.
- Administrative head of all sections after office hours
- Full Knowledge of Computer and Documentation
- Communication Skills
