Industry: Investment Casting

Role and Responsibilities:

- New Client Development.

- Inquiry recessing and Quotation to customer

- Monthly sales Plan preparation.

- Monthly Collection as per plan.

- Customer Price Amendments

-Conducting customer satisfaction surveys & communication.

- Preparation of annual Sales Plan.

Requirement:

- Should have at least 5 years of experience in the field of Sales & Marketing in the Investment Casting

Industry.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Obtains sample approval from the customer for dies and die changes.
  2. Prepares information for management review meetings relating to lost, won, and potential

jobs.

  1. Negotiates delivery dates with manufacturing personnel and customers on production

orders.

  1. Communicate potential problems or developments with customers to appropriate

members of management.

  1. Coordinates with the sales team to prepare for customer visits to our facility.
  2. Monitors accuracy and time-effectiveness of sales-related clerical functions including

order entry, tooling requests, credit & invoice requests, etc.

  1. Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with the Company’s

Code of Conduct.

  1. Will be required to travel periodically to customer locations, etc.
  2. Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervision.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree and 5-6 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  2. Must possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills while being

highly professional and having the ability to develop trust in business relationships

  1. Must be able to learn the technical aspects of the investment casting business within two

months of the start date with a strong willingness to be coached and mentored.

  1. Must have the ability to read blueprints.
  2. Candidate must be proficient in computer operation, with a good working knowledge of

MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
