Designation: Quality Assistant Manager
Education: BE/ Dip (Mech)
Experience: 5-10 years
Keywords: Fabrication / Weld Shop department experience candidates should be preferred
Skills Set required:
- Responsible for all the Quality issues in Robotic Weld Shop
- To ensure zero % rejection at the customer's end
- Responsible for the Developments of new techniques and methods of Q A
- Responsible for the development of a good Quality team in all area
- Responsible for the reduction of in-process rejection
- Responsible for the Quality of in-coming & out-going material for all area
- Responsible for the Quality awareness among all the employees of all area
- Leadership skills.
- Good communication skills especially with all the customers (Internal & External).
- People Management skills
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to handle concern customer end senior quality concerns
