Job Description |
Proactive Employee Relations through various means i.e. open communication, sharing updates, exploring career growth for employees, their engagement, involvement, timely reward & recognition, liaised with local administration, local leaders, villagers, government authorities & statutory agencies. Industrial Relation - Interact with & understand concerns of emp. committee / unions / employees, provide feedback to Mgt. & other Depts. design initiatives with managers to resolve concerns; timely wage settlement, etc. Contract Labour Management – Study contractual Manpower requirement in each functions and deploy the adequate manpower. To check contractors bills as per the work order before schedule and ensure 100% statutory compliance. Contract service evaluation and timely contract renewal process. Statutory & Legal Compliance – Inform the management & implement any changes in statutory & legal compliance. Ensure timely compliance of the statutory returns. Independently dealing with various authorities to settle issues related to Statutory & legal compliance. This including PF Management and settlement of PF claims, etc. Liasoning – Liasoning with GLO, ALC, PF, GLWF, Emp. Exchange, Labour Court, Advocates, Police Station, Social representatives and other relevant government authorities. Attending Land looser related issues and local village politicians. To build rapport with the locals Disciplinary Actions: To assist HR head & Initiate appropriate disciplinary actions against delinquent employees/workmen and maintain harmonious employee relation in the company. Initiate disciplinary action as per law, act as management representative for domestic enquiry in order to maintain cordial IR. System Audit – To attend internal, statutory & Customer Auditors on respective HR administration activities. Also attend audit under IMS / TPM / RC / ISO and carry out the compliance as per observations made by auditors as per target date. Apprentice Management / Stipend Claim Settlement: To file the claim & necessary documents for the settlement of stipend refund under Trade Apprentices & BOAT scheme. Follow-ups for timely settlement of the claims. Welfare & Social activities- To monitor and implement Canteen Hygiene, Dealing with Canteen Committee, Drinking Water / AMC, Uniform, Diwali gift, sweet distribution and other welfare activities under rule and statute. GMC & GPA claim management / renewal of policies & administration thereon. Arranging annual get to gather function / sports meet. |
