Relationship Manager - NBFC Strategic Alliances (Sales & Distribution)
Job Description:
This position will reports to Cluster Relationship Manager (Retail Sales - NBFC)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- The Relationship Manager in NBFC is responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with external entities involved in distributing insurance products. They work to ensure smooth collaboration and the achievement of mutual business goals.
- A Relationship Manager in NBFC for insurance typically plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the relationships between an insurance company and its third-party partners, such as brokers, agents, or financial
institutions. - Achieve assigned annual target of the branch by driving sales across all customer segments- Business mix in terms of blended premium & no. of cases.
- Maintain cordial relationship across all ranks and files of the branch and resolve escalations with in TATs.
- Regular product training / refresher to the sales force of the branch
- Drive productivity by right advising of health insurance solutions
- Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the partner's staff
Key Requirements - Education Experience & Skills
- A graduate degree holder in any discipline
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in Life / General Insurance Bancassurance only).
