Job Description:

Job Description for AM-Digital Marketing:

  • Research advertising trends & competitors’ pricing and products
  • Develop digital strategy and execution including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Manage digital and creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners leading to increase in web enquiries
  • Making changes on the website based on web analytics there by ensuring Content management for web assets
  • Implement email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Develop projects to create content & monitor project status and budget
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
  • To be a constant social listener on all platforms and creating actionable intelligence for the marketing team.
  • Keep constant social engagement with all relevant posts on all platforms enchasing brand positioning, brand health, and brand share
  • Monitor performance of each marketing channel; identify and implement opportunities for improvement; test into new marketing channels - scale them if performance is in line with targets
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Do all R&D as required for us to reach out to new markets.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Acquire business intelligence on competition/competitors, along with their pricing, for our review and counter offers to prospects.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Lead Generation

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Marketing
  • 3-4 years of experience in Marketing role
  • 2-3 years of proven working experience in a similar role
  • Having knowledge in content writing
  • Must possess Excellent communication skills
  • In depth knowledge of SEO
  • Conversant with digital marketing terminologies with hands-on experience in all activities related to digital marketing
  • Concept of coding in HTML and design can be an added advantage
  • Innovative, go-getter, team player with a burning desire to learn
