Post : Quality Engineer
Experience : Min 2 years in Quality Assurance / TPM
Job Profile:
- Handles TPM & Quality Documents as per Customer Requirement .
- Handles Customer Complaints
- Preparing Presentations of Rejection Analysis and presents it to the management.
- Conducting IPO & Process Audits in order to continually refine the process Structure.
- Preparation of IPO & SOP for different Manufacturing Processes involved.
- Responsible for 1S 2S Audits in order to create a better & Organized Workplace.
- Conducting SPC Tests(Statistical Process Control Charts) to analyze Machine behavior.
- Daily Rejection Analysis & Subsequent report generation & its presentation.
