Job Description:

Responsibilities
 Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
 Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
 Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
 Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
 Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
 Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights
 Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory obligations on time
 Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
 Assist in the implementation of accounting software and systems
 Provide support during internal and external audits
 Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
 Participate in financial planning and analysis activities
 Maintain confidentiality of all financial information
Requirements
 Bachelor's or Marketing degree in Accounting
 Professional certification such as CA Intern
 Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations
 Proficient in using Tally Prime and MS Office Suite
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
 Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
 Strong ethics and integrity in handling financial data
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Willingness to continue professional development in the field of accounting
Other Key Information:-
• Training time includes of – weeks.
• Job Timing – 9:30AM to 07:00PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• In the initial 6 months of training, no preplanned or immediate/unplanned/last minute leave
will be granted.
