Senior Associate for Financial Due Diligence
Job Description:
Must have in-depth knowledge of diligence, auditing & accounting standards along with good technical knowledge
Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments & manage ambiguity,
Should have capability of handling audit assignments independently,
Strong verbal and communication skills,
Clarity of thoughts and assertive,
Good presentation skills and ability to respond promptly,
Strong leadership skills to deal with senior management, drive various meetings
Strong knowledge in diligence, auditing and principles and techniques.
Analysing and Performing valuation of complex financial instruments
Designing and implementing internal controls
Perform due diligence and analysis on alternate investment products including products focused on real estate, private debt, etc.
Prepare internal due diligence reports from data gathered during the analysis.
Organize and maintain due diligence filing systems, file correspondence and other due diligence related records.
Performing audits utilizing auditing techniques including risk assessment, audit scoping, devising audit approaches, controls testing, and substantive audit testing including sampling techniques;
Interfacing directly with client management executives
Leading teams of junior auditors.
