Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Insurance Call Centre, while supporting core HR functions like onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role plays a key part in building a high-performing workforce and maintaining a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary)

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job descriptions.

Post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, internal referrals).

Source candidates through portals, social media, headhunting, and networking.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels.

Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future needs.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
HR Operations & Generalist Activities

Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding formalities.

Assist in maintaining employee records and HRMIS systems.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.

Support in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.

Handle basic employee grievances and support performance management processes.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure background verification and joining documentation is completed timely.

Assist with compliance on labor laws, PF/ESIC documentation, and internal HR audits.
Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

2–5 years of experience in HR, with minimum 60–70% focus on recruitment,

Experience in TeleSales positions will be given preference.

Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.

Familiarity with HR operations and basic labor law compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ATS tools.
