We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the plywood segment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of the plywood industry and market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the plywood market through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate plywood products to meet their specifications.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance against targets.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our plywood products and brand.



Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plywood industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Self-motivated, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and prospects.
