Position CYLINDR/MACHINE SHOP SUPERVISOR

Key Accountability / Role and Responsibilities
1.
Cylinder assembly supervising.
2.
Assembly plan follow up.
3.
Cylinder parts follow up from machine shop.
4.
Meet production & dispatch targets.
5.
Manpower handling.
6.
Failure analysis & stop gap management.
7.
Requisition for materials to store & follow up.
8.
Cylinder materials handling.
Education Qualification
1.
REQUIRED: B.Tech/Diploma-Mechanical.
2.
REQUIRED: Auto Cad drawing reading.
Experience
Minimum years of experience: 01 years Maximum years of experience: 3years
Preferable Industry background: Manufacturing (Specially Cylinders)
Nature of Experience
Required Skill Sets
1.
Manufacturing process, Machine tools & Engineering drawing knowledge.
2.
Good communication skill.
3.
Knowledge of MS-Excel & computer kill
4.
Required Behavioral Traits
1. Quick learner
2. Seriousness / Dedication to job

Key peer functions to co-ordinate with : Store, Q.A, Assembly, Machine Shop
