Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, the candidate will be responsible for data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of system activity, including system logs and user access records.
Coordinate with other IT staff and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
Follow established procedures for system backup and recovery.
Stay informed about the latest technology trends and best practices in computer operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer science or related field is a plus.
Proven experience working as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer operating systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to provide technical support to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
