Performance Marketing Executive

We're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to: 

* Google Ads
* LinkedIn Ads
* Meta Ads
* Keyword Planning

Along with the campaigns, Candidate is required to have knowledge of Shopify Web development to Design and adapt Shopify themes, developing custom apps and integrations, and optimizing site performance.

Responsibilities: 
* Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure maximum reach and impact.
* Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that resonate with target audiences. Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for performance using data-driven insights.
* Generate comprehensive reports and track key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) to measure campaign success.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Designing and adapting Shopify themes, developing custom apps and integrations, and optimizing site performance.
* Collaboration with designers and project managers is crucial for seamless integration of design and functionality.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and staying updated with industry trends are also key. Proficiency in Shopify development, along with HTML, CSS, is essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently are necessary.
