Job Description:

Position:          HR Manager

Location:         Sarigam Nearby Vapi

Experience:     8 to 10 years

Industries:       Plastic 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Handle the factory software to accurately maintain attendance and payroll records.
• Identify training needs, develop training programs, and monitor their effectiveness to enhance employee skills and competencies
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and legal regulations applicable to the factory environment, including contractor systems.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and nurturing a positive working environment
• Experience in handling third party audits-ISO,SEDEX etc ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.

Required Qualification: - MBA - HR

Salary:- Up to 8.50 LPA
