Job Description:
As a MOC Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating Management of Change (MoC) processes, providing essential support to SABIC's housing and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include data preparation, efficiency tracking, expense analysis, and stewardship reporting. You will be required to support and streamline MoC processes, ensure compliance, and provide training and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Data Preparation:
- Prepare monthly data for MS&O and SWB for ROSA input.
- Track efficiency versus plan and develop initiatives to reduce Opex.
Expense Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform in-depth analysis of expense transaction details for monthly bridging and stewardship.
- Consolidate and distribute Process Opex stewardship reports.
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly accruals for upload.
Template Design and Support:
- Improve and design template requirements for SAP/ROSA to Opex business plan.
- Provide GMOC system support to BT members to clear AFU backlog.
MoC Process Management:
- Monitor temporary and permanent MoCs, especially those on the watch list (>120 days).
- Coordinate and schedule screening meetings for MoCs.
- Follow-up on errant MoCs from R3 report and ensure timely resolution.
Training and Development:
- Conduct quarterly training sessions.
- Steward people to follow-up on MoCs.
Reporting and Meetings:
- Generate R3 reports and conduct error checks.
- Take minutes during monthly and quarterly MoC meetings.
- Present quarterly updates on MoC placement performance.
Client and Data Management:
- Monitor and refer clients to housing vacancies.
- Liaise between MoC teams, housing providers, and other departments.
- Manage and audit data in internal and MoC databases.
- Maintain records of various client and program-related documents.
Regulatory and Policy Monitoring:
- Monitor and summarize local, state, and federal regulatory activity around housing policy.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Negotiate priorities, follow policies, and manage high communication with multiple parties.
- Assess data impartially and hold individuals accountable to deadlines.
- Assist in connecting referrals to housing placement opportunities.
- Participate in up to four Overnight Counts annually.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience with SABIC housing development projects.
- Total of 10+ years of experience in the relevant field.
- Relevant experience working with Housing & Infrastructure projects.
Skills:
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with change and change management.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
