Job Profile :
Rich cross-functional experience in automotive domain production engineering gear manufacturing.
Responsible for daily production.
Planning and scheduling of production, quality with zero defect product.
Planning to minimize breakdown time and increase the productivity of the machine.
Setting & programming of gear shaping, gear hobbing, gear milling, gear broaching & gear shaving machine .
Shift scheduling and manpower handling allocation in gear cell.
Stock and inventory management.
Participate & implementation in daily TPM activity (JH & KK Pillar) in the shop
floor.
Daily wok management and imorovement .
Attending daily meeting highlight / feedback issue related to production &
quality
