Job Description:
- Evaluate tax and institutional needs and objectives through comprehensive analysis of specific team objectives, current challenges, and future outlooks, aiming to identify precise methods for strategically applying statistical methodologies to facilitate and enhance team efforts in achieving its goals.
- Formulate and develop tax, economic, and institutional statistics strategies targeting precise collection and analysis of tax-related data to enhance decision-making processes, with a focus on maximum accuracy and sample data appropriateness.
- Develop effective survey questions for all stakeholder categories to extract necessary information for tax and institutional services, ensuring clarity and inclusivity in formulation.
- Supervise the accurate collection of tax, institutional, and service data from various sources, whether through surveys, administrative records, interviews, or analysis of existing data related to different activities.
- Study internal and external tax and operational data systems, preparing detailed reports and action plans for continuous improvements.
- Analyze tax and institutional data using advanced statistical methods to extract key findings, ensuring integration of internal and external stakeholder needs into report outputs.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic tax, institutional, and service reports (weekly, monthly, and as needed) including functional descriptions of data, services provided, and processes, focusing on key findings and recommendations, following global practices in report preparation.
- Monitor and collect statistical data related to tax, institutional, and service activities, studying local and international variables and assessing their impact.
- Analyze taxpayer and client behavior to derive insights into filing patterns, compliance preferences, and trends, aiding in the formulation of effective tax policies and strategies to enhance compliance and revenue collection.
- Utilize financial, economic, and institutional tax statistical methods to develop models for predicting future trends and making forecasts based on historical data.
- Participate in designing and implementing tax and institutional statistical databases.
- Conduct ongoing educational workshops for staff to develop report concepts and refer them to decision-making.
- Coordinate with relevant administrative units and authorities regarding international indicators related to relevant activities and specialties.
