-Developing strong listening and communication skills to understand and address student concerns effectively.
-Engaging in continuous learning to keep up-to-date with educational developments and counselling techniques.
-Cultivating a network of contacts within educational and professional circles for resources and referrals.
-Implementing a student-centred approach, focusing on each student's individual needs and goals.
-Utilising technology effectively for student assessments, record-keeping, and communication
