Job Description:

 

Position: Hr Assistant Manager

Experience: Min 7 Years 

Skills:

  • Experienced in implementing HR Systems & Policies, Conducting Training Programs towards enhancing employee productivity and building committed teams.
  • Skillful at People Management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating a transparent environment.
  • Adept at Manpower Management, recruitment involving screening, short-listing and interviewing.
  • Posse’s Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. A dynamic go-getter & quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Recruitment: - Pre-screening of application / Forms filling / Conducting Preliminary interviews & screening of candidates.

Manpower handling:- Contract Manpower handling as per requirement.

Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration: - Maintain Employee Attendance, Salary Processing; make necessary entries for New Joiners, Separation Cases, and Full & Final Settlement.

Training and Development: Skill Analysis (Gap Analysis), Scheduling Internal/External Trainings, Measure Effectiveness, Performance Management System.

OD Interventions:- Conducting HR & OD Interventions as per Corporate Guidelines.

Joining and Induction: -Responsible for orientation and induction of new joined Employees. (Started Buddy/Dost Program for making Induction program more effective)

Employee Welfare & Engagement Activities: -Conducting Open forum, HRMC, Safety meeting, Family Visit, Games & Entertainment, HR Initiatives, Mutual Admiration, Birthday celebration, providing Marriage & Birthday gifts, Lean Thursday Meet etc

Union, Admin and Statutory Compliance –Collaboration with Union and management for achieving Siemens goals. Maintaining harmonious IR situation at factory.strict vigilance on Legal and statutory compliances on site. Various government liaisoning activities carried out as per the group standards
