1. Payroll processing End to End process for white collar employee.
2. Payroll processing End to End process for blue collar employees as per wage settlement.
3. Payroll processing for apprentice and upload on apprenticeship portal.
4. Post Payroll report generation (PF, ESI, P.Tax & Third Party)
5. Attendance generation from Bio Metric Attendance system.
6. Attendance reconciliation and upload attendance for payroll processing.
7. Bio Metric registration for new employees.
8. Leave reconciliation & leave generation for white collar and blue collar employees.
9. Payroll budget preparation.
10. Audit compliance for payroll, Leave & attendance observations.
11. To manage employee life cycle right from Hiring, confirmation, promotion, transfer, exit in People Strong software.
12. To Manage full & final settlement. Leave encashment, gratuity calculation & other retiral benefits as per T & C.
13. To generate monthly MIS report on Headcount movement (Joining, Exit, transfer etc)
14. To generate report in Late coming, early going etc for attendance.
15. To check audit sheet for legal documents submitted by contractors.
