Job Purpose (Significance of the role & Objectives)
We are looking for a skilled vehicle testing engineer, who is passionate about automobiles and willing to work in a challenging environment.
She/He will be responsible for activities ranging from “proto building” to “product testing” for our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Create DVP for electric Two wheeler, Three wheeler
- Prepare a plan for component level inspection including trial and fitment reports
- Perform benchmarking evaluation
- Coordinate with vehicle testing drivers to collect the correct data
- Coordinate with vehicle testing agency to arrange the correct tests for our vehicles
- Submit feedback and suggestions for product improvement
- Work in a fast paced environment
Desired Qualifications: Required Qualification, Knowledge, and Experience
- Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile or any relevant field)
- Experience:5+ years experience in automobile vehicle testing, preferably in 2 wheelers and 3 wheelers
- Experience in vehicle testing including test for – road endurance, mileage, power consumption, temperature, vibration, durability, brake, max speed, and more
- Knowledge:
- Proficient in instrumentation software such as PTC Creo/ PCAN/ BUS master/ IPETRONIK/ VBox
- Good communication skills
