Job Description:
- Working with a group of DevOps engineers, with varied skillsets including (Automation Pipelines, IaC Templates, Scripting, Coding, Container Orchestration, Config Management, Performance and Reliability Engineering, etc).
- Have a focus on tasks which drive continuous improvement and continuous development (CI/CD) by promoting DevOps principles and practices leading to faster innovation and resolution.
- Look at repetitive and repeatable tasks the Managed Services team are completing and look to automate where possible.
- Working closely with Monitoring Operations to ensure we are getting the most out of our tooling platforms such as LogicMonitor and CloudHealth
- Constantly strive to improve day to day tasks that are being completed by Managed Services, with the end goal to improve support engineers and customers experience.
- Develop and maintain Monitoring, alerting and logging toolsets within enterprise monitoring environments.
- Contribute towards continuous service improvement alongside Customer Success Managers.
