Your New Role

As a Power BI Developer, you will join our BI & Analytics Competence Center team where your core mission is to develop front-end applications and automate workflows using Microsoft Power Platform products, ensuring our internal stakeholders have the tools they need for effective decision-making and process optimization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and develop Power BI solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with advanced data visualizations.
• Engage in the architecture, configuration and administration of Microsoft Power Platform products to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
• Implement data governance policies and ensure high standards of data quality and security within the Power BI environment.
• Provide training and support to users, empowering them to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Stay current with industry trends in BI development and data visualization to continually enhance our capabilities.

What You'll Bring

As the ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, backed by at least three years of hands-on experience with Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform. You have a strong command of DAX, M language and data modeling. Your experience also extends to data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.

You are proficient in technical skills as well as a strategic thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your attention to detail and your capability to communicate complex data insights effectively set you apart. Your proficiency in both spoken and written English communication will contribute to your ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
