Job Description:
Job Summary: As our Director - Engineering, you get to be the mastermind behind designing,
developing, and maintaining some cool stuff. Plus, you'll be the captain of a high-energy
developer squad. We're on the lookout for someone who's not just great with Node.JS but also
knows their way around documentation and can manage a team like a champ.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead by example with top-notch, optimized code.
● Leading team, run scrums and give clear visibility of release work.
● As the team lead, work on new modules and features to the product.
● Scout for top talent, groom them, and align them with our company vision because we
believe in growing together.
● Debug bugs efficiently and deploy fixes like a pro.
● Work closely with front-end developers, Product Managers, and the gang to technically
solution new product features providing a magical user-experience.
● With a good understanding of industry development and trends, join us on
brainstorming sessions and help build a great product together.
● Owning a full life cycle from ideate , design , develop and deliver
○ Prior experience in building reusable platforms like workflow engine , integration
framework , form field access privilege , data security ,Rule builder etc
Skills & Qualifications
● 12+ years of hands-on designing , architecting and coding
● 6 + years of Node.js expertise.
● Hands-on experience in crafting queries (both relational & NoSQL) and working with
database modules like sequelizer & mongoose.
● Experience in breaking monolith to microservice architecture.
● Solid understanding of design patterns and data structures.
● Fluent in the language of event-based integration, transaction, and real-time ERP
inbound/outbound integration.
● Must have completed B.tech from top tier institute like IIT/NIT /DCE/BITS Pilani,etc
● Must have worked in a highly concurrent system preferably B2B multitenant
architecture
● Prior experience in top notch product companies will be considered as an added
advantage.
Good to have
● Skills in Nest.js, Express.js, React.js? Awesome!
● Familiarity with Sequelize ORM is a plus.
● Bonus points for experience in Kafka, RabbitMQ - because we love someone
tech-savvy!
