Job Description:

Position:         Spray Dryer Operator 

Location:         Chikhli - Navsari  

Experience:     2- 5  Years

Industries:      Chemical  

Responsibilities:

• Operates Spray Dryer and understands underlying functions of spray drying parameters
• Mix chemical batches, monitor and sample in accordance with SOPs
• Records appropriate steps on batch record and associated documents
• Effectively operate controls from HMI screen
• Maintain spray dryer logs and submit samples to the lab
• Create documents related to spray dryer
• Troubleshoot dryer processes
• Assist with Spray Dryer routine maintenance
• Oversee cleanup of entire dryer system between products
• Understands and complies with quality regulations as they relate to job responsibilities
• Complies with good housekeeping and safety rules
• Advises manager or supervisor when raw materials or components need to be ordered
• Assist Chemical Operators during spray drying downtime
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management

Required Skills:

• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - 12th Pass (AOCP/Equivalent)

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
