Job Description:

Job Description:

1. Develop sales strategies in the defined area.

2. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction (both

Technical & commercial).

3. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements.

4. Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.

5. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.

6. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership

team and other company functions.

7. Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner

programs.

8. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

9. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

10. Direct co-ordination with dealers/customers.

 

Candidate must have:

  1. a)  From welding industries
  1. b)  Good communication skill
  1. c)  Good analytical skills
  1. d)  Willingness to travel
  1. e)  Basic/moderate knowledge of MS excel, MS word and MS power point
