Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
Handle all operational activities related to customs clearance and operation documentation for
import and export shipments.
Export shipment liner Booking, Container pick up, Transport follow up, follow up with CHA
filing shipping Instruction, ODEX & MMD3 form 13, VGM & Shipping bill
Import shipment releasing shipping line and Airline import delivery order, filing IGM in
ODEX, Solve custom discrepancy & transport delivery
Update clients on shipment status and provide timely and accurate information regarding
Shipment tracking and delivery schedules.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance operations in a freight forwarding or
Customs brokerage setting.
Deep knowledge of customs regulations and procedures for both import and export shipments.
Experience: 2 to 5 years’ experience in customs clearance operations in a freight forwarding or
customs brokerage setting.
Education: Any Graduate
Salary: 20K-45K per month
Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
