Position: Project Engineer - Civil
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years
Industry: Residential & Commercial Building, Preferably SABIC Experience
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 7,000 - 8,000 SAR (Basic) per month

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:
   • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
   • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.
2. Site Management:
   • Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
   • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
3. Technical Support:
   • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
   • Ensure the implementation of best practices and industry standards in all construction activities.
4. Quality Control:
   • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials.
   • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain project standards.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and inspection records.
   • Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
6. Budget and Cost Management:
   • Monitor project expenditures to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to control project costs.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
   • Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
8. Vendor and Contractor Management:
   • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
   • Negotiate contracts and ensure that all parties meet their obligations and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of 7 years in project engineering within residential and commercial building projects, with a preference for experience in SABIC projects.

• Skills:
