DELL CAM Programmer
Job Description:
CNC, VMC machine programming (2D & 3D) on cam tools for manufacturing of Jig and fixture.
Creation of 3D model and generating 2D engineering drawing
Exposure to geometric dimensioning and tolerance
Generating NC programs using Delcam software up to 3Axis for watch prototypes.
Product design using Autocad and pro-engineer for all kind of watch products
Designing and manufacturing jigs and fixtures for all kind of watch products.
Controlling and programming in CNC milling machine like BENMO, CENTROFLEX and MAKINO VMC Fanuc controller
Understanding & learning of manufacturing methods & procedure
Flexible and versatile to adapt to any new environment
Understanding and knowledge of QC Tools, Kaizen & 5s activity
Hand of working experience and Skill of Operating VMC Machine
Hands on experience of various measuring instruments
Hands on experience and knowledge of CNC, VMC machine & their operations.
Good skill and Knowledge of Design software like Auto CAD and Pro-E.
Hands on experience of various measuring instruments
Skilled in areas of workflow and time management
Ability to learn from zero
Gained knowledge of different machining process
Knowledge of data management and documentation of relevant parts
Hands on experience in MS Office Excel and word
Understanding and good knowledge of engineer drawing and specification
Good communication and behavior skill.
