Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide detailed information about products and services offered.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:
