A Dispatch Supervisor manages a team to coordinate the timely and efficient dispatch of goods or services, overseeing daily
operations, assigning routes, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and Coordinate Staff:Manage, train, and support dispatchers and drivers, ensuring they follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Manage Dispatch Operations:Oversee daily dispatch activities, including assigning delivery routes, scheduling, and monitoring delivery progress.

Address Issues:Monitor and resolve issues or delays that arise during operations, such as lost shipments or traffic problems.

Maintain Records and Documentation:Ensure accurate documentation of dispatched goods, including delivery notes and invoices, and maintain updated records in company software.

Optimize Processes:Develop and implement strategies to improve dispatch efficiency, customer satisfaction, and delivery timelines.
