  • Managing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content creation.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectively managing the marketing budget and allocating resources to maximize results.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to support our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Lead Marketing Function:
Oversee the entire marketing function, including digital marketing and branding initiatives.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
➢ Full-Funnel Acquisition Marketing:
Lead and execute full-funnel acquisition marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
➢ Consumer Insights and User Acquisition:
Build and leverage data-driven consumer insights to inform user acquisition strategies.
Identify key consumer trends and behaviors to enhance marketing efforts.
➢ Communication & Media Planning:
Develop creative campaigns and media plans for brand promotions.
Determine the optimal media mix to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
➢ Marketing Strategy Development:
Design and implement marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
Launch new brands and SKUs, ensuring successful market entry and growth.
➢ Entrepreneurial Thinking:
Ability to think entrepreneurially and drive innovation.
Launch new brands and SKUs, developing and implementing annual brand plans.
Ensure timely implementation of activity calendars and make necessary adjustments to brand portfolios.

  • ➢ Digital-First and D2C Marketing:
    Embrace a digital-first approach and focus on direct-to-consumer marketing.
    Expertise in e-commerce and performance marketing.
    ➢ Consumer Insights:
    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer and consumer insights.
    Identify and deploy necessary consumer research to inform brand strategies.

  • ➢ Marketing Roles with P&L Responsibility:
    Experience managing marketing roles with profit and loss responsibility, ideally within the consumer tech sector.
