Hiring for Quality Engineer Powder coating
Reporting to: QA Head
Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Degree (in Paint technology, Chemical , B. Sc. Or M.Sc. )
Desired Experience: Up to 2 to 5 years experience in same pattern industry (Powder coating)
Salary: Up to 3.60 Lac(s)
JOB PROFILE:
- Pre-Treatment process knowledge
- Powder coating process knowledge
- Timely verification of pre-treatment tank point age & Ph level & Maintain as per the requirement
- ETP usage & maintenance & Record
- Daily Sample panel testing & Records maintain for the same in ISO format
- Instrument /Test equipment maintenance
- Salt spray test knowledge/Timely testing as per the decided frequency
- Housekeeping/5’S
- Chemical discard Plan & Maintenance accordingly
- Solving of troubleshooting
