Position: Maintenance Fitter
Location: Daman
Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Responsibilities:
- Machine Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance checks on belt-pully-operated RAM-type power press punching machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with punching machines, including but not limited to belt, pulley, RAM, and power transmission system problems.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting the production workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
- Die Maintenance:
- Inspect, clean, and maintain punching machine dies to ensure accurate and consistent product quality.
- Identify and address wear and tear on dies, including sharpening or replacing dull cutting edges.
- Spare Management:
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and components for punching machines.
- Monitor spare parts usage and reorder levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
Required Skills:
- Experience in maintaining belt-pully-operated RAM-type power press punching machines.
- Team player
- Good in communication
Required Qualification: - ITI -Fitter
Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
